Max has been working in hospitality for over twelve years and is owner and founder of the highly successful The Cocktail Broker. He loves nothing more than getting behind the bar, looking after his guests, and creating amazing cocktails. Lucky enough to have travelled the world honing his craft, Max has worked in some of the finest bars and restaurants that Cyprus, The Bahamas, Florida, Miami, West Palm Beach, Rhode Island and New York have to offer. His travels also included a stint on the Carnival Cruise Lines. Settling in England four years ago, Max teamed up with the Bonnie May Food & Events team earlier this year and is now injecting every ounce of his experience, skill and passion into every fabulously delicious cocktail he makes, ensuring that all his guests have an incredible time. From home deliveries to lavish garden parties, Max will tailor his service to meet your needs.
Joining the award winning Global Infusion Group in 1989 at just age 19, Bonnie hit the road heading up catering teams feeding some of the biggest artists as well as catering at the worlds greatest events. Her organisational and culinary skills were honed with legends such as Frank Sinatra and Carole King and events encompassing the Olympics in London through to just recently in Pyeongchang. Events such as the National TV Awards and hospitality for Virgin has also fallen under her remit, as well working with clients across the globe at GIG’s International offices in the States, China and the Middle East.
Bonnie May Food & Events was launched in 2015 to bring her creative flair and event know-how to society weddings, special parties and corporate events throughout the Chilterns.
Harriet honed her culinary and hospitality skills attending the Orchards Cookery school, spending a ski season in Les Deux Alps and graduating from Bournemouth University with a degree in International Hospitality Management. She went on to tour with The Rolling Stones and Cirque Du Soleil and has played an integral part of the team delivering first class artist catering at Glastonbury, Reading and many other well-known festivals. Having spent her whole life in and around events, Harriet is passionate about delivering great food and hospitality experiences for her clients. Now that live events and tours are on hold for a while, Harriet and the rest of the team have been working hard and getting imaginative in the kitchen to create a smorgasbord (quite literally….) of delicious and beautiful food delivered direct to your door.
